Appliances and utensils may vary so adjust cooking time accordingly.
To defrost OR to use cold: Defrost frozen product inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use the microwave oven on defrost mode only. Place frozen product in a tray or plate and defrost for 1 minute or until thawed.
To serve hot: After defrosting the frozen product (as given above), proceed to heat by choosing your preferred method below.
1) Microwave oven: Only use defrost mode. Spread already thawed product evenly on a plate. Heat (defrost mode) for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
2) Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius. Spread already thawed product evenly on a baking sheet and place into the oven for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
3) Frying pan: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled pan. Spread already thawed product in the pan turning it gently through heating over medium heat.
Keep frozen at or below -18 degrees celsius. Do not re-freeze.
