Cooking Instructions:

Defrosting/Thawing: Thaw frozen product in microwave oven on defrost mode or in the refrigerator before heating.

Heat the product by using any one of the following methods:

1) Microwave Oven: Place defrosted product upright along the edges of a bowl (do not place flat) on heat mode in microwave oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.

2) Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Heat the product over medium temperature, rolling through frequently until hot.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at or below -18 degrees celsius. Do not re-freeze.
