Halal boneless chicken, mixed spices, salt, water and sodium phosphate.

Defrosting/Thawing: Thaw frozen product in microwave oven on defrost mode or in the refrigerator before cooking.
Cook the product by using one of the following methods:
1) Hot Plate / Frying Pan: Place the defrosted Breast Fillet on a preheated frying pan (Add a little butter/oil to avoid sticking, if necessary). Cook for a minute and turn it over. Press softly and rotate till it turns golden brown, it will take 5-6 minutes.
2) Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. The place already defrosted Breast Fillet on a baking sheet, wrap it with an aluminum sheet (to maintain its juiciness), and place it into oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked.
Caution: This is a raw product, this must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74 degrees celsius before consumption. Other Information:
